Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) has won the Strategic Web Award in the Governmental Organisations Category from the Pan-Arab Excellence Award Academy. The Awards honour Arab government organisations that innovate, and implement professional and international standards, and enhance productive and intellectual opportunities by encouraging creativity.

Within the Smart Government initiative, (dewa.ae) website, applications provide services on smart phones and other devices. DEWA is keen to develop its services to meet the current and future needs of its customers.
